Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management solution, which will give you full authority over your e-mail accounts and newsletters. With this user-friendly user interface, you can set up a brand new mailbox account in no time and manage its settings easily. Besides, you can forward emails from one email box account to another, create mail filters, set up autoresponders and guard your email boxes against spam e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your e-mailbox accounts against junk e-mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unrequested messages will find their way into your email box. Your mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for sorting your incoming electronic mails based on certain rules specified by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can easily create a filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and edit the mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mail messages from one e-mailbox to another, or even to several other electronic mail accounts. Just choose the e-mail box account you would like to redirect emails from, then specify the target e-mail box and select if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your choosing to access your electronic mail accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you want to set up on your PC or handheld device and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple e-mail accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also allow you to quickly create an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to read and our system will handle everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all email box - you can accomplish that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
